  Very surprised when I read the poor reviews about customer service. We purchased a complete dining room set a year ago. Chairs are comfortable and holding up very well - even with twin 10 year olds jumping in and out of them and tipping back on the legs. Table is a live edge and very robust. All questions about everything were answered thoroughly and professionally. We had a couple of small nicks in one of the chairs from delivery, and they offered to send someone out to fix, or replacement - whatever we wanted. We have a lot of leather furniture, and unfortunately purchased a leather sectional at Thomasville - $5000 - around the same time we purchased our dining set. The Thomasville set looks good, but is inconsistent from piece to piece and the seat support is already breaking down. After shopping for weeks nationwide - on-line and in stores - looking for good quality at the right price, we purchased our second sectional at Arizona Leather. We were able to choose every aspect of it, from style to leather color and quality, to cushion firmness. We are looking forward to delivery in early August. Sales people there are always very attentive and knowledgeable. Of course we expect them to split their attention when there are multiple customers in the store. But we've never felt ignored when they have to step away for a few minutes.

  We bought a gorgeous sectional from the San Marcos store two years ago and it is still beautiful. We had a minor issue that they took care of right away which told us that they’re a company that stands behind their products. Our couch is very well made and so comfortable. We get compliments on it all the time. Overall, an excellent experience with this company. Highly recommend!
