I've been coming to this store for about a year now and have never been compelled to write a review until last night. Eric and the young lady's have been great but I do hope this new guy is not there long. Yesterday afternoon my wife and sister in law went there to pick up my wife's meds so I mentioned to my wife that I had received 4 or 5 daily texts reminding me to pick up my meds so I asked her to pick up mine. She got back and said she was told I didn't have any. I've had 5 spinal fusions and I currently have a morphine pump in my stomach for pain so I haven't felt like going down there. So anyways I dragged myself down there and explain the situation to the clerk that I had received 4 or 5 texts to get my meds and my wife was there a few hours earlier and was told that I didn't have any meds, but he just smiles, looks at the computer and says there were 2 text... What kind of smart ass answer is that? Dude need to brush up on his people skills.

I have never written a negative review of an establishment in my life. I walked into this CVS trying to get 35mm film developed. I had dropped off film here last week, and now I was going to drop off more. So, I asked Moe to help me out and give me the slip to drop off my film. At first, he says that they do not develop film. So I informed him that I dropped of film last week, and that they do, indeed, develop film. Then he informed me again, that they do not. So I walked up to the same employee that helped me drop off my film last week, in front of Moe, and asked him for help. Of course, he helped me. Then, Moe budded in and tried helping me instead and brought me over to the photo center, only to inform me that he can not find any of the slips to send the film to be developed. The entire time, I was trying to be friendly to him and ask how his day is going as well, and he treated me as if I was not even human. Literally blew off everything I said, and made my presence seem like an absolute inconvience for him. Moe, (who is the manager too! Ha!) is quite possibly the worst, most disrespectful, and unhelpful employee I've ever met in my life. When I asked him if my old film happened to be in, he didn't even check the giant pile of developed pictures behind him to see if mine was in there. He simply informed me that it usually takes up to a month to get back to the store. There are a plethora of people in this world who don't have jobs, and it makes me sad that one of these people could have the job that Moe has, and do an exponentially better job, with very little effort.
